Lana Heath
Owner + Trainer
Born and raised in Mansfield, Victoria after living in Melbourne for many years, I’m now settled back in my hometown. As a proud mother of three boys, I’ve experienced pregnancy, childbirth, episiotom, retained placent, mastitis, a premature baby and all of the other hurdles and joys babies bring.
My background was in finance but after thirteen years with the Commonwealth Bank, I realised I needed to be in the fitness industry. My passion was calling me towards this new path. From a very young age I remember always being passionate about exercise, fitness and nutrition.
In 2018, on my youngest son’s first birthday I was diagnosed with triple positive Breast Cancer. I fought through chemotherapy and have had a double mastectomy, reconstruction, a chest port and am still needing more fat grafting.

I want to share my experiences, the ups and the downs, the rawness of my reality with clients. I want to bring light to how your personal health, fitness and nutrition can get you through your darkest times; to help you be the best version of you.
It is with great pride that I’ve opened the doors to Mansfield’s first female only gym on High Street this June. This journey is far from over, this is only the beginning and I can’t wait to see where we head next!
